The Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors of Villa Erba SpA were appointed in May 28th, 2026 by the Shareholders’ meeting, which established the following fees for these bodies:
Chairman of the Board of Directors: gross annual all-inclusive fee € 28.000;
Directors: gross all-inclusive attendance token € 250;
Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Statutory Auditors: compensation, as indicated by current legislation, equal to the minimum provided by the professional fee of the chartered accountants.
