Event organizations expose a company's image and credibility, even to its competitors. That is why it is appropriate to rely on an team that knows how to modulate its interventions: from a simple use of the location to a "turnkey" project, including creativity.

For corporate events that may include a diversified turnout, from a few dozen guests to hundreds of people, Villa Erba offers the use of multiple structures, which can be customized according to a creative concept. The convention hall may be used, or the Villa, or just one of the wings; people can stay indoors, or use the terraces and the park. The hospitality network and integrated services that support the organization at Villa Erba can provide for catering, floral arrangements, set-ups and entertainment. A series of additional services, such as travel management and accommodation complete the event organization. If these aspects are perfectly organized - Villa Erba is part of a large circuit of tourist facilities located in the most beautiful areas, both near Lake Como and in close areas - the event is likely to be more successful, as the perception of the general organization and attention to detail will be stronger.

“The uniqueness of the landscape context, the availability of spaces for important events, the outstanding location and the ample parking space available are the main reasons that led to the choice of Villa Erba for the General Assembly of Unindustria Como. A unique allure adds to these features, which makes the event unforgettable. The staff offered excellent collaboration, and was able to satisfy our needs. So were the wide and functional spaces of the exhibition centre. Another important aspect in the choice of Villa Erba was its location: it can be comfortably reached in little more than half an hour from Milan's airport hubs. We will certainly consider Villa Erba as a venue for future events and will also recommend it to other companies or associations.”
